Maintenance


A 30 minute Hypnotherapy session, mostly designed for those who have already been a participant in on going sessions or packages of psychotherapy and hypnotherapy.


A hypnosis session that guides the subconscious to tune in or focus in a new direction or a new way of thinking.


Aimed to support processes and progress gained so far in the form of maintenance. 


Especially useful when faced with a difficult time in the present or anticipated in the near future.
