About Kim Richards

I am a dedicated Clinical Hypnotherapist and Strategic Psychotherapist trained at the Institute of Applied Psychology in Sydney. My background is in Education as from an early age I always wanted to make a difference in the lives of others.

I've been captivated by the uniqueness of each individual's life story and what fuels their inner drive. My passion lies in assisting others to navigate life's complexities and realise their true potential, whether that be involving work, school, relationships, family or balancing all of the above.

I have a special interest in helping those with chronic illness, (especially Diabetes) overcome stress and anxiety for improved wellness and education related concerns. These include but are not limited to the pressures and expectations of teaching as well as exam stress and preparation. I work with both Adults and Youth. I am specifically trained to work with youth.

My mission? To guide you on the path you choose to travel, helping you understand and choose how you will do that in a way that best serves you.
